Website Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (\"AUP\") governs the use of the website

located at impactiveconsulting.com.sa and all associated digital

services, including the Nasih AI educational assistant and the Client

Assistant chatbot (collectively, the \"Platform\"). By accessing or

using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.

This AUP supplements the Website Terms & Conditions and should be read

in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and, where

applicable, the Nasih Terms of Use.

2. Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for the following lawful purposes:

  • Learning about IMPACTIVE Consulting\'s professional services and

areas of expertise.

  • Submitting enquiries through the Contact Us form or Client Assistant

chatbot.

  • Using the Nasih AI educational assistant for general educational

information about financial and business topics.

  • Reviewing published insights, articles, and thought leadership

content.

  • Submitting career applications through the Careers portal.
  • Any other use expressly authorized by IMPACTIVE Consulting.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

3.1 Unlawful Activities

  • Engage in any activity that violates the laws and regulations of the

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to the Anti-Cyber

Crime Law (Royal Decree M/17, 2007), the Electronic Transactions

Law, and the PDPL.

  • Transmit, distribute, or store material that violates any applicable

law or regulation.

3.2 Harmful Content

  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is defamatory,

obscene, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Post or distribute malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or any other

malicious code.

  • Distribute spam, chain letters, or unsolicited commercial

communications.

3.3 Security Violations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform,

other accounts, computer systems, or networks.

  • Conduct vulnerability scans, penetration tests, or security

assessments without prior written authorization.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the

Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures, access

controls, or rate limiting.

3.4 AI System Abuse

  • Attempt to manipulate, deceive, or exploit the Nasih AI or Client

Assistant through prompt injection, jailbreaking, or adversarial

techniques.

  • Use the AI systems to generate content that violates Saudi law or

public morals.

  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract AI-generated content for

commercial purposes.

  • Impersonate IMPACTIVE Consulting, its employees, or its AI systems.
  • Use AI outputs as professional financial, legal, or investment

advice (Nasih is educational only).

3.5 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of IMPACTIVE

Consulting or any third party.

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content without

authorization.

  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other

proprietary notices.

4. Automated Access

Automated access to the Platform (bots, crawlers, scrapers) is

prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by IMPACTIVE

Consulting or permitted by the Platform\'s robots.txt file. Authorized

search engine crawlers are exempt from this restriction.

5. Enforcement

IMPACTIVE Consulting reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
  • Suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user who

violates this AUP.

  • Remove or disable access to any content that violates this AUP.
  • Report violations to relevant law enforcement or regulatory

authorities.

  • Cooperate with law enforcement investigations as required by Saudi

law.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to

hello\@impactiveconsulting.com.sa. All reports will be reviewed and

investigated, and appropriate action will be taken.

7. Changes to This Policy

IMPACTIVE Consulting reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time.

Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance

of the modified AUP.

8. Governing Law

This AUP is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any

disputes arising from or in connection with this AUP shall be subject to

the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of

Saudi Arabia.
