1. Copyright Ownership

All content published on impactiveconsulting.com.sa — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation of all content on the Platform — is the property of IMPACTIVE Consulting or its content suppliers and is protected by the Copyright Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Royal Decree No. M/41, 2003) and international copyright conventions.

2. Trademarks

The following are trademarks or registered trademarks of IMPACTIVE Consulting (SAIP registration pending):

"IMPACTIVE" — the company name and brand.
"IMPACTIVE Consulting" — the full trade name.
The IMPACTIVE logo and design elements.

Use of these trademarks without the prior written consent of IMPACTIVE Consulting is strictly prohibited.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

View and download content from the Platform for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes only.
Print individual pages for personal reference, provided all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.
Share links to Platform pages, provided the content is not framed or presented in a misleading context.

4. Restrictions

Without the prior written permission of IMPACTIVE Consulting, you must not:

Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any content or software on the Platform.
Create derivative works based on Platform content.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform content.
Systematically extract, scrape, or harvest content from the Platform using automated means.
Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application.
Use Platform content to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models without written authorization.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Nasih AI educational assistant and the Client Assistant chatbot is subject to the following terms:

AI-generated responses are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
IMPACTIVE Consulting retains all rights in the underlying AI systems, prompts, training data, and system design.
Users may reference AI-generated educational content for personal use but may not reproduce it commercially.
AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice and carries no warranty of accuracy.

6. Third-Party Content

The Platform may contain content licensed from third parties or links to third-party websites. Such content remains the intellectual property of its respective owners. IMPACTIVE Consulting does not claim ownership over third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or legality.

7. Copyright Infringement Reporting

If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please notify us in writing at:

Your notice must include:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the material on our Platform that you claim is infringing, with sufficient information to locate it.

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

8. Enforcement

IMPACTIVE Consulting actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of Platform content may result in civil proceedings under Saudi Copyright Law and, where applicable, criminal prosecution. IMPACTIVE Consulting reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.

9. Governing Law

This Copyright Notice is governed by the Copyright Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Royal Decree No. M/41, 2003) and the Trademarks Law (Royal Decree No. M/21, 2002). Protection under international treaties to which the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a party, including the Berne Convention and the TRIPS Agreement, also applies.
