NASIH AI CHATBOT — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

1. Ownership

"Nasih" and all associated intellectual property — including but not limited to the name, logos, visual identity, system prompts, training configurations, conversation design, user interface, and all software, code, algorithms, and documentation — are the exclusive property of IMPACTIVE Consulting.

Trademark Status: The Nasih trademark is the subject of an application filed with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP), Classes 36 and 42, clearance pending.

2. Third-Party Technology

Nasih's AI capabilities are powered by third-party large language model (LLM) infrastructure (currently Anthropic's Claude). The underlying LLM technology, model weights, and training data are the intellectual property of the respective third-party provider and are used by IMPACTIVE Consulting under license. IMPACTIVE Consulting's intellectual property encompasses the customization, configuration, prompts, guardrails, and overall design of the Nasih experience built upon this infrastructure.

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 Your Queries

You retain ownership of the original content you submit to Nasih as queries. By submitting queries, you grant IMPACTIVE Consulting a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process your queries for the purpose of operating Nasih and generating responses, and to use anonymized, aggregated query data for service improvement.

3.2 Nasih's Outputs

Outputs generated by Nasih are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may:

  • Read, reference, and learn from Nasih's outputs for your own educational purposes
  • Take notes based on Nasih's outputs for personal reference

You may NOT:

  • Commercially redistribute, resell, or sublicense Nasih's outputs
  • Present Nasih's outputs as originating from a licensed professional advisor
  • Publish Nasih's outputs in a manner that implies endorsement by IMPACTIVE Consulting
  • Use Nasih's outputs to train, fine-tune, or develop competing AI products
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any disclaimers, attributions, or notices in Nasih's outputs

4. Protected Elements

The following elements are specifically protected and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent from IMPACTIVE Consulting:

  • The "Nasih" name and any associated logos or visual branding
  • Nasih's system prompts, instruction sets, and behavioral configurations
  • The Nasih user interface design and user experience flows
  • Nasih's content filtering rules, guardrails, and safety mechanisms
  • Any documentation, manuals, or specifications related to Nasih
  • IMPACTIVE Consulting's methodologies and frameworks embedded in Nasih's responses

5. Enforcement

IMPACTIVE Consulting reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, including the Saudi Trademarks Law (Royal Decree M/21, 2002), the Saudi Copyright Law (Royal Decree M/41, 2003), and the Saudi Patent Law, as well as international intellectual property treaties to which Saudi Arabia is a signatory.

6. Reporting Infringement

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of Nasih's intellectual property, please report it to:
